As per 3GPP TS 38101-1 (Rel15, 2018-03) version, 5G is expected to be operated in two Frequency Ranges (FR1 and FR2) and the bands in each FR as below
Frequency range

FR1
|
450 MHz – 6000 MHz
|
FR2

Definition of frequency ranges
FR1 is also called as Sub-6 and FR2 is called as mmWave.
FR1 is further split into different bands as below with UL and DL freq bands with Operating mode.

Uplink (UL) operating band
BS receive / UE transmit
FUL_low – FUL_high
|
Downlink (DL) operating band

Intra-band contiguous CA operating bands in FR1
In FR1, Sub-carrier spacing takes either of 15/30/60 kHz unlike 15 kHz in LTE and the Channel bandwidth is scalable from 5 MHz to 100 MHz unlike 1.4/3/5/10/20 MHz in LTE. Below are the NRB values w.r.t each Channel bandwidth and SCS.

The minimum guardbands have been calculated
using the following equation: (CHBW x 1000 (kHz) - RB value x SCS x 12) / 2 -
SCS/2, where RB values are from the above table
